Returns & Shipping


All orders are shipped with Australia Post and customers will receive a tracking number once your item(s) have been processed by the post office.

Postage days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 9am and 4pm AEST. 

​Henk Swim is not liable if your package has been stolen or lost once delivery is confirmed. The customer is liable if the package is re directed back to Henk Swim and is responsible for the postage cost back to the customer.

If you are returning an item(s) for a store credit, your shipping cost is non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) back to Henk Swim.

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point off, or after delivery.

Please be aware that Henk Swim does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to.   We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.  

Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Henk Swim, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.



Henk Swim only offers store credits. We do not refund for change of mind. If you have decided you would like a different item you will need to return the original item in exchange for Henk Swim store credit.

We will happily accept bikinis purchased from in their original, clean and unworn condition with all tags attached for a store credit.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags still attached. Please do not remove the hygiene liner and only try on swimwear over underwear for sanitary reasons.

You have 15 days from the day you receive your item(s) to qualify for a store credit. Please note: discounted items are not eligible for store credit. All items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotion code are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if your request has been approved or rejected for a store credit.

If you are approved, then you will receive an email with your store credit code to use within 24 months.
